Maxx Henry-Frazer - Founder - Business Development

Over the last several years Maxx has worked with several internet startups managing their sales and business development teams on a national level. Maxx was responsible for creating the sales strategy in multiple verticals and in some cases the organizations sales strategy and initiatives as a whole. With his two most previous employers Maxx was responsible for generating exponential revenue growth in the months leading up to the acquisition either of the company or his division, in one case creating from scratch what became the companies' most profitable channel. As a consultant Maxx has worked with several companies to develop their overall marketing strategy, utilizing traditional, online and mobile media. When working with clients in a consulting capacity his focus has been to increase both current market penetration and the relationship value of their existing client base. With the explosive growth of mobile media use by consumers and a growing number of brands looking to expand their marketing to include mobile initiatives, Maxx felt there was a unique opportunity and a genuine need for a company like Fastbreak Mobile.

Z. Henry-Frazer - Founder - Operations

In his work with multiple mobile start-ups over the past several years Z. has overseen the launch of and maintenance of mobile campaigns in more than 30 countries across six continents, including many markets such as China, Brazil and Russia that are considered "closed" by many. He oversaw the development of a messaging infrastructure that at its peak was sending more than 9 million messages a day to 418 mobile networks worldwide and also the tools used to monitor those systems and provide real time statistics based on end user behavior. This included systems for redundancy on a massive scale and to remotely test campaign functionality which are unique to this day. He has developed relationships with all of the largest aggregators and network operators that provide access to mobile users worldwide. In addition to these relationships, he brings to Fastbreak Mobile a wealth of knowledge not only of mobile technology and trends but also of the regulatory requirements and laws pertaining to mobile services both in the US and abroad.

Matt Richards - Founder - Engineering

A graduate of UC San Diego, Matt has nearly 10 years experience in mobile data. He has worked for companies both in the US and Europe creating innovative B2B and B2C mobile applications He also has a background in developing large scale applications to integrate with and utilize mobile carriers. billing and telephony infrastructure as well as smaller clients specific applications meant to provide a very specific set of functionality. He also brings a great deal of experience in web-based application development to the team, as well as experience integrating mobile and web-based systems or porting functionality from a web-based to mobile environment.

More recently Matt has worked in a Software Architect roles with several companies that provided high volume mobile messaging and media services. Overseeing teams of engineers, Matt worked to develop systems that could handle the kind of high volume messaging and user interaction necessary for high profile mobile marketing campaigns.

Courtney Ludwin - Founder - Engineering

While he originally planned to pursue a career in Chemical Engineering, after completing his undergraduate work at UMass Amherst Courtney decided instead to pursue an MLA in Information Technology at Harvard University. His early work in software development was related to the creation and maintenance of large scale systems related to inventory control in management. He helped create systems for a large chip manufacturer and later for several e-commerce companies. After moving into mobile technologies a few years ago Courtney worked initially as a Sr. Engineer with one of the world's largest mobile social networks. There, he worked to develop the messaging infrastructure and complex decision engine that allowed the company to apply different business logic simultaneously to millions of customers worldwide. Eventually, Courtney was promoted to the position of Chief Software Architect where he oversaw the all aspects of the development bone by the companies 35 engineers.

Recently, Courtney has created back end systems in use by several mobile marketing firms currently as well as other companies which require an infrastructure capable of delivering mobile media. Most notable among these is the carrier Amp'd Mobile for whom he helped create the system currently being used to deliver their text and multimedia marketing campaigns to users' handsets.
